Poltair homes are in the process of building work on the field adjacent to our property. The 22 homes parallel with the main road will complete in September 2011 then another 45 will commence in September 2011 for 18 months.

Work only takes place between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturdays (to date they have not worked on a Saturday).

The two most affected rooms will be the Petroc and Lodenek rooms as these have windows looking onto the site.

The work has not been as disruptive as we anticipated but we still feel it only fair to forewarn our guests.
