Poltair homes are commencing a series of building work on the field adjacent to our property. At present they will be building 22 homes parallel with the main road and are submitting planning for a further 18.

The building work will commence in September 2010. We are assured that work will only take place between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturdays.

The two most affected rooms will be the Petroc and Lodenek rooms as these have windows looking onto the site. At this stage we do not know how noisy the development will be and how much disruption there will be.
