All rooms have an en suite shower room  and modern decor. The house is at  the end of a quiet cul de sac, with a large garden and stream running down  the side, which makes it a very quiet place to be.   Also there are no street lights at the end of the cul de sac so you can see the stars!

Damara House has 5 letting rooms: 

Petroc.  This is the largest room with 2 3ft single beds which join together to make one super king size double bed.  This room can be either a double or a twin, please specify when booking.  The Petroc has an ensuite bath with a shower over it.

Piran.  This is a large room with a king size double bed.  Until 27 September this room has an additional single bed to allow it to occasionally be used as a twin.

Prideaux.  This is a cosy double room with a 4' 6" double bed and fantastic views.  It is a compact room but what it lacks in floor space it makes up for with the view! 

Trelawney and Lodenek are single rooms, each with a 3ft single bed. The Trelawney room is larger (Lodenek is very compact) but the Lodenek benefits from the views at the back of the house and is much quieter as it has no party walls with any other room.

All guests have use of  the dining room throughout  the day which doubles as a lounge.  Facilities include TV, microwave, fresh fruit, books, maps, tourist information leaflets  and board games.  

Bicycles may be stored overnight in the lockable garage.   

There is a Tesco situated a few yards away and a microwave is provided in the dining room for guest's use.  For this reason we do not provide evening meals or packed lunches.

We have no pets and only accept guide dogs
